Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Change Management, also known as Organizational Change Management (OCM), is a structured approach for seamlessly managing significant changes in a company or organization. OCM strategically prepares and supports people, both as individuals and teams, to navigate the external and internal changes they will experience as their organizations transition from a current state (“as-is”) to a future state (“to-be”).
Syrenity Consulting Change Managers analyze WHO is impacted by these workplace changes and to WHAT EXTENT they are impacted. This information is often documented in a Stakeholder Assessment and Change Impact Analysis.
Inherently, change causes anxiety and resistance. If people’s needs are not properly cared for during major business changes, this can negatively impact staff morale. But what differentiates Syrenity Consulting is the “professional serenity” we provide for impacted stakeholders and organizations during their transformative changes. Our Change Managers utilize their advanced soft skills, expertise, and lessons learned from numerous industries and successful implementations to minimize change resistance.
We identify drivers of change, workplace pain points, as well as gaps in business processes, policies, and procedures. Then, we create and execute customized solutions, strategies, and plans.
Drivers of change include but are not limited to physical, hybrid, and virtual workplace changes, technology rollouts, DEI initiatives, crisis responses, mergers and acquisitions, enterprise-wide programs and processes, and organizational restructuring. While the drivers of change greatly vary, our results of successful benefits realization, sustainable change adoption, and increased client revenue are constant.
